The very important knowledge About solar light:
1.The LED quantity and LED brightness
SMD2835 LED parameter: luminous flux 5-30lm, power 0.1-0.5W.Simply , with the same electric current and voltage, 20pcs 30lm LEDs are brighter than 100pcs 5lm LEDs. Summary, more LED quantity doesn't mean higher brightness.
2.About battery capacity
Many batteries with fake capacity, the biggestest capacity for common 18650 lithium battery is 2400mah, but this kind battery price is very expensive. Normal capacity of 18650 lithium battery is 2200mah. The bigger capacity than 2200mah is fake capacity lithium battery. The weight of 2200mah lithium battery is about 45g, less than 43g,the lithium battery is fake capacity battery.
The standard capacity of 18650 LiFePO4 battery is 1500mah, this capacity is common use in the market.
3.The difference between lithium battery and LiFePO4 battery.
Lithium battery voltage is 3.7V, LiFePO4 battery voltage is 3.2V.
With lithium battery,After charge and discharge 300 times, the battery capacity decay to 80%.
With LiFePO4 battery, After charge and discharge 2000 times, the battery capacity decay to 80%.
LiFePO4 battery have better performance on temperature-resisting, no explosive incident happened so far. 18650 Manganese acid lithium battery is readily explosive, please keep away from Manganese acid lithium battery.
4.With the same solar panel,Is it better for larger battery capacity?
The answer is Negative. the battery capacity is depend on the power of solar panel.
The solar panel is larger, the charge efficiency is better. Such as 2 watt solar panel, charge electric current is 2W5.5V=360ma, there is only 5.5 hour effective charge time in sunny days, and one day charge capacity is 360ma*5.5 hour=1980mah.
So this solar panel just need 2200mah battery can full charged, no use to add larger capacity battery.
